Our XXV Tour continues to shape up with nine tour dates added throughout April, including the long-awaited return to Florida, Texas, and more.

There will be an Umphrey’s Ticketing pre-sale starting Thursday, December 8 at 10:00 am local time; general on sales will begin Friday, December 9 at 10:00 am local time.

Can somebody tell me, where does the time go?

And just like that, Umphrey’s McGee is turning 25.

This January, the band will embark upon our annual winter tour, 25 years after the first show way back when in 1998 in South Bend. With no intention of resting on our laurels, the umXXV Anniversary Tour blasts into 2023 with nearly 30 shows in cities across the country. We will visit both coasts, the Midwest, and the open seas, as we joyfully celebrate still being able to do what we do.

To toast the birthday proper, three nights in New York culminate at The Capitol Theatre, 25 years to the day of the first show at Bridget McGuire’s Filling Station. On January 21st, umVIP kicks off the night with a pre-party at Garcia’s, featuring a festive catered private show by Hartliss (Brendan Bayliss and Jennifer Hartswick). Special guests will join us throughout the tour, including Neighbor in Pennsylvania and three nights of Doom Flamingo in the midwest. umVIP programs will take place in Port Chester and Aspen.

While our focus remains on the future, we can’t help spending a little time looking back at our collective journey together. Stay tuned for more information but know that a umXXV retrospective is in the works as we continue to spelunk 25 years’ worth of archived audio, video, art, and more.

Pre-sale tickets and umVIP packages will go on sale Tuesday, October 11th at 10:00 AM local time, with a public on sale beginning Friday, October 14th at 10:00 AM Local time.
