We are thrilled to be supporting my good friend (and my dad’s best friend) Tim Kanold as he runs the Chicago Marathon and raises money for the Alzheimer’s Association in honor of my dad, Jerry Cummins, who passed away from ALZ in 2016. Tim is someone who brought out the best in my dad, pushing him as a friend and as a colleague in the world of math. Tim is not only an outstanding guy, he’s an author of many math books with my dad and recently published books “Heart” and “Soul” which are meant to inspire teachers in their journey.
