UM is pleased to announce the New York City premiere of our new film Reel To Real, an archival documentary that dives deep into the early years of the band’s existence by examining their inner workings through unreleased video & audio. Join us on the Saturday afternoon of our Beacon run, January 23rd, for an exclusive screening at the SVA Theatre in Chelsea. The film will start at 1:30pm and will be followed by a Q&A with Director Jefferson Waful, Creator Kevin Browning and members of the band. The theatre will be reserved seating and tickets are on sale for $20. We look forward to seeing you there.

What: Reel To Real NYC Premiere
When: Saturday, January 23rd 1:30pm. Doors open thirty minutes before showtime. Film is 65 minutes short.
Where: SVA Theatre, 333 West 23rd Street, between 8th & 9th Avenues
Why: Mom says it’s nice to share
How much: $20 + $3 ticketing fee
What else: All tickets are will call only. You must bring a copy of your ticket receipt to the theatre as it has your seats printed on it. You may bring your own food & drink to the SVA (no alcohol or glass allowed).
