Umphrey’s McGee would like to thank all of you who continually support the band by purchasing UMerch at shows and via on our online site. For your reference, we’ve updated our merchandising policies below.

Please keep in mind that all merch table sales are final. For quality assurance, we inspect all merchandise for flaws upon bringing it into the merch area. Please be sure to check your merchandise before leaving the area with your merch. With the exception of manufacturing defect, no exchanges or returns will be permitted. If you need further information on tour merchandise return situations, please email rachel@Umphreys.com.

Our UMLive product is just that, a live replication of an Umphrey’s McGee show. That being said, there are certain technical elements that we are unable to control. Most of the time, the recordings you receive are exact replicas of the show. However, on occasion there are unforeseeable technical issues that may affect the end product and are impossible to "correct." When purchasing UMLives, our customers should understand that there may be occasional drop-outs or sound variations that sometimes occur during the process of live recording and naturally in concert environments. UMLives will not be replaced due to this reason, as replacements made from the same master will have the same variations/ issues as the masters. With the exception of manufacturing defect, no exchanges or returns will be permitted. In the event there are major errors on a specific show, they will be replaced if at all correctable, or other arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.

Our online merchandising is handled by Music Today. Anyone who purchases merch via the site needs to deal directly with Music Today. Music Today can be contacted by calling 1.877.MUSIC77 (1.877.687.4277; 9:00 am to 12:00 am Monday thru Thursdays, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Fridays, all EST) or via merchandise@musictoday.com. They will ask for your order confirmation information and can assist you in all aspects with your order.
